Is the bulb included with the Luminara™?

Yes. The Luminara™ comes ready to use right out of the box with an integrated energy-efficient LED module/bulb.
Is the Luminara™ compatible with standard US wall outlets?

Yes. It is fully wired and certified for standard US 110–120V household outlets.

Shipping & Orders

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is 100% Free on all Luminara™ orders across the United States.
What are your handling and transit times?
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit / Delivery: 5–8 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days from checkout.
How do I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send an automated confirmation email containing your carrier tracking link.
Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us at support@growzeug.de within 12 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, packages cannot be modified in transit.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all cords, accessories, and packaging included.
Are there any restocking fees?

No. We charge a $0.00 restocking fee.
How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our Austin facility and passes inspection, your refund is credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
What if my Luminara™ arrives damaged or does not light up?

If your lamp arrives broken or defective, email photos of the damage to support@growzeug.de within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost.
