Custom Protective Packaging: The Luminara™ is packed using custom shock-absorbing molded foam and reinforced boxing to protect the electrical components and delicate finish during transit.

Order Tracking: As soon as your Luminara™ leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automatic dispatch email with your carrier tracking number (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).
