Step-by-Step Return Process

    Carefully repack the Luminara™ lamp in its original protective box with all power cables, adapters, and accessories to avoid transit damage.

  4. Inspection & Refund:

    Once your return is delivered and inspected by our team, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every Luminara™ is inspected before dispatch, but transit accidents can happen.

  • If your lamp arrives broken, scratched, or fails to power on, contact support@growzeug.de within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the packaging.

  • We will ship a brand-new replacement unit at zero extra cost or issue a full refund immediately.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, notify us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order enters the 1–2 business day fulfillment cycle or gets dispatched, it must be returned via our standard return process upon delivery.
